This dessert remind me of a strudel which are fantastic so why not have a go at making this dessert yourself it will be great to have it with cream or ice cream or even creamy pouring custard ..what a delight

½ cup sugar
1 egg white
1 tsp vanilla extract
250g strawberries hulled & sliced
