These wonderfully sticky lemon and pistachio buns are a tasty twist on cinnamon buns. Whether eaten at breakfast or with an afternoon cuppa, they are the perfect indulgent baked treat.

- 20g (3/4oz) caster sugar
- 7g (1/4oz) fast-action yeast
- 450g (14 1/2oz) bread flour, plus extra to dust
- 250g (8oz) unsalted butter, chilled

- 1 tsp vegetable oil, greasing the bowl
