What delightful looking strawberry cupcakes to make, when I came across this recipe I was over whelmed at how pretty these cupcakes are and then read more about them .
They are like having a cocktail almost in a cupcake although you do get the flavour from the strawberry margarita/daiquiri mix it is not alcoholic , it just gives that wonderful flavour to the sponge that is moist and soft with that wonderful pink frosting on the top.
