6 mini terracotta pots
Pre-made buttercream or Dr. Oetker Easy Swirl Cupcake Icing
Dr. Oetker Chocolate Easy Fill Cake Centres
Dr. Oetker Regal-Ice Ready to Roll Coloured Icing
Dr. Oetker Wafer Daisies

Recipe
Fill freshly-baked warm cupcakes (leave to cool for around 5 minutes once out of the oven) with chocolate Surprise Inside Cupcake Centre
Plunge the nozzle into the sponge about half depth then gently squeeze the filling and draw out leaving a soft gooey centre in the cake
Allow to cool completely
Once cooled, pop the cupcakes in the pots if using or leave in cases if you don’t have the pots, they will still look super cute
Roll out a little green Regal Ice with a small rolling pin until thin
Cut out sugar leaves with a knife by cutting a teardrop shape for each one
Decorate the top with some pre-made buttercream or Dr. Oetker Easy Swirl, using a large open star nozzle to pipe little swirl shapes
Stick the leaves on the buttercream and top off with Wafer Daisies or Mini Wafer Flowers to finish
