- 1 can pumpkin puree
- 1 cup water
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup caramel ice cream topping, divided
- 1 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 cups whipped topping (Cool Whip)
