With Valentines day around the corner I wanted to find you some recipes that don’t have that element of chocolate in it although chocolate is wonderful there are a few people that don’t like it has much so I wanted to find some recipes that are just as amazing to share on this special occasion with your loved ones just like these Rainbow Cheesecake Hearts.. Heart shaped cheesecakes layered with the colors of the rainbow make sweet Valentines Day treats. These individual servings of dessert would also be perfect for a wedding shower or a birthday party.

Ingredients

3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 pinch cinnamon
3 tablespoons butter, melted
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
Red, yellow, blue, green food coloring

SUPPLIES NEEDED:
