For the cinnamon filling:
4 tbsp butter
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

For the glaze:

Add the egg and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Add the dry ingredients, half at a time and mix until it forms a dough.
Wrap dough in plastic and chill for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Once dough is chilled, roll it out until it’s a ¼ inch thick.
In a small bowl whisk melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Spread cinnamon mixture over dough, leaving a 1 inch border around the edges.
Carefully roll dough until you create a log shape.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and chill for an additional 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Once dough is chilled use a serrated knife to slice dough into ½ inch cookies.
Place cookies on a non-stick baking sheet.
Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.
In the meantime, whisk powdered sugar and milk together until they create a glaze.
Transfer glaze to a small zipper bag and cut off the tip.
