- 50g (2oz) soft brown sugar
- 4 egg whites
- 225g (7 1/2oz) caster sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp cornflour
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- 250ml (8fl oz) double cream
- 1 tbsp icing sugar
