Birthday Sprinkles Rice Krispies Treats

3 tbsp butter
Pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
4 cups Mini Marshmallows
5 cups Rice Krispies
2 tbsp neutral oil
1.5 cup white chocolate
2-3 drops food color

Spray a 9×9 inch baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.

In a large saucepan, melt butter, vanilla extract, and salt over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until just melted and smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in Rice Krispies and 1/2 cup sprinkles. Stir until well coated.

Spray a large spatula with cooking spray and use to press mixture evenly into prepared pan.

Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.

To make white chocolate topping:
Melt white chocolate with ¼ cup of condensed milk in a medium saucepan over low heat. Once melted, add in remove and 2-3 drops of blue food coloring, depending on how intense you’d like the color. pour over rice krispies.

Let white chocolate cool slightly and add more sprinkles.
Cool completely and cut into squares.

Strawberries & Cream Krispies

2 bags Freeze-dried Strawberries
3 tbsp butter
Pinch of salt
½ tsp vanilla extract
10 oz (1 bag) Mini Marshmallows
6 cups rice cereal
2 tbsp neutral oil
1 1/2 cup white chocolate

Spray a 9×9 inch baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.

In a large pot, melt butter, vanilla extract, and salt over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until just melted and smooth.
*Tip: Swirl butter up along edges of the pan (this helps the marshmallows stick much less).

Remove from heat and stir in Rice Krispies and freeze-dried strawberries. Stir until well coated.

Spray a large spatula with cooking spray and use to press mixture evenly into prepared pan.

To make white chocolate topping:
Melt white chocolate with ¼ cup of condensed milk in a medium saucepan over low heat. Once melted, remove and pour over rice krispies.

While white chocolate is still hot, sprinkle on additional freeze dried strawberries to cover.

Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.

Salted Caramel RKT

3 tablespoons butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
pinch of kosher salt
1/3 cup salted caramel sauce
1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmallows
6 1/2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
1 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Sea salt to sprinkle

Spray a 9×9 inch baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.

In a large pot, melt butter, marshmallows, and salted caramel sauce over low heat, stirring occasionally. Once the mixture is melted, remove from heat and stir gently stir in the cereal.

Remove from heat and stir in Rice Krispies. Stir until well coated.
Spray a large spatula with cooking spray and use to press mixture evenly into prepared pan.

To make chocolate topping:
Melt chocolate with 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream in water bath over medium high heat. Once melted, pour over rice krispies.

Let chocolate cool slightly and sprinkle with some sea salt.
