Wonderful Cinnamon Roll Cupcakes To Make

Ingredients

• 2/3 cup butter

• 2 eggs

• 2 1/ cups all-purpose flour

• 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

• 1/2 teaspoon salt

• 3/4 cup packed brown sugar

• 1/3 cup finely chopped pecans

• 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

• 1 3/4 cups sugar

• 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
• 1 1/4 cups milk
• Glaze for the top of the cupcakes

Glaze:
4 tablespoons butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 to 6 tablespoons hot water
mix butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Add hot water 1 tablespoon at a time until the glaze reaches desired consistency

 

Makes: 26  cupcakes     Prep: 45 mins     Stand: 30 mins      Bake: 18 mins to 20 mins 350°F
