~Chocolate Ganache Layer
8 oz bittersweet chocolate
1/4 c heavy cream
1/4 ts fine salt
1/4 ts instant espresso powder
~Peanut Butter Layer
1/2 c natural peanut butter
2 oz room temperature cream cheese
1/4 c raw honey
1/4 c whipped cream
~Topping
Whipped cream and chocolate
