This is especially good when the berries are in season. As always, there are many recipes out there. I like this recipe because it is simple and produces excellent results. Be sure to get your berries firm. In other words, berries that are over ripe will make the pie too mushy. If you are really adventurous, you can use our homemade pie shell recipe. Store bought shells will do equally as well

- 3 tablespoons of corn starch
- 3/4 cup of water
For whipping cream:
- 250 ml cool whip or whipping cream
