- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter or butter, cut up and softened
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla bean paste; one 4- to 6-inch vanilla bean; or 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
