Gluten-free oat biscuits
These gluten-free oat biscuits are deliciously crunchy and will keep well in an airtight container for two weeks. To make these crumbly biscuits even better you could also add in little chocolate chips.
- Ingredients
- 125g (4oz) butter, softened
- 85g (3 1/2oz) caster or light brown sugar
- 60g (2 1/4oz) Doves Farm gluten-free flour
- 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
- 150g (5oz) gluten-free porridge oats
- 1/2 tsp gluten-free baking powder
- pinch of sea salt
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
