When I came across this caramel apples recipe I was intrigued with it, as I love apples in baking and these cookies sound so nice as they have that caramel apples kind of flavour so I wanted to share it with you.
I love this apple flavour as it is not just in the cookie dough but also in the icing, and with the pecan nuts for decoration it is such a great combination of flavours ,making this a wonderful caramel apple recipe , I think this really is a winning cookie recipe hands down ..
