When it comes to finding a recipe for those wonderful chocolate cakes we all love, there are a lot of recipes out there and to find that special one can sometimes be difficult.
So I have found that one for you and it is this wonderful chocolate almond meringue gateau which has three layers of meringue that is flavoured with ground almonds and the layers are sandwiched together with cream and chocolate making this a really pleasing dessert to make.
It’s almost like chocolate pavlova than a chocolate cakes but either way it is still delicious
