This a British classic not like the bread and butter pudding with a wet like consistence, the spiced bread pudding recipe is almost like a spicy cake rather than a dessert , it is traditional made with stale bread normal brown is better ,spices and dried fruit
Really Yummy served hot or cold and fantastic with some custard just to finish it off although you can eat it on its own .
