When it comes to holidays or social events it is great to make that special treat so when I came across this recipe for popcorn balls I though they were ideal for those occasions
A really easy recipe to make that is such a fun way to eat that favourite treat popcorn , I would personally place the balls onto sticks and make a chocolate fondue sauce to have fun dipping them into and it adds that touch of festive naughtiness too

- 1 package miniature marshmallows (10 ounces)
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 3 quarts popped popcorn
- 1 cup dried cranberries, or English toffee bits, optional

Chocolate Fondue Recipe:
6 ounces (180 grams) semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
1/2 cup (120 ml) heavy whipping cream (contains 35-40% butterfat)
1/4 cup (60 ml) milk
2 1/2 tablespoons (35 grams) light brown sugar, optional
3 tablespoons (42 grams) butter, cut into small pieces
1 teaspoon purevanillaextract (optional)
1 tablespoon liqueur (such as Frangelico,GrandMarnier, Kahlua, Tia Maria, Amaretto, or a brandy) (optional)
