A really wonderful poke cake recipe to make is this chocolate caramel peanut version that looks so amazing .. a fantastic chocolate sponge , caramel running through the cake and then topped with whipped cream and chocolate and caramel sauce drizzled over the top
Wow it sounds so good that I just have to make some this weekend , what I love about poke cakes is you can make it for a few people to enjoy or of course you could have two pieces if for a smaller gathering.. sounds good to me
