Make this easy No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake Cookie Lasagna for your next dinner party. It has alternating layers of cookies, cream cheese filling, cherry preserves, and cherry pie filling.
The preparation might be quick and simple, but you need to consider this cheesecake’s refrigeration time. I prefer doing it one day ahead before our family gathering so that I just need to focus on the main dish and have extra time for the table settings.
Mostly no-bake cheesecakes use graham cracker crumbs crust, which requires additional preparation. Still, this cookie lasagna is not only different in the crust, but the best part is there is no extra preparation involved. You just need to layer the cookies at the bottom, and you are done with the cheesecake’s crust.

How to Make No Bake Cherry Cheesecake Cookie Lasagna
Line a glass dish with Nilla Wafers. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the cool whip and beat again. Using a spatula, spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the wafers and then the cherry preserves.
Next, layer the remaining Nilla Wafers and then pour the other half of the cream cheese mixture. Put the cherry pie filling on top and refrigerate overnight.
