Pies are great to make over a weekend to have as a Sunday dessert after that family roast , We always as I was growing up would have a pie after Sunday meal so I wanted to find that amazing pie recipe for you and I came across this one for a deep dish lemon blueberry pie that looks just fine

Deep dish pie are so delicious as the fruit is brimming to the top and is so deliciously good that everyone will be waiting in anticipation for a slice of this pie

The combination of the lemon with the blueberries is outstanding

Part blueberry pie, part lemon cheesecake inside two flaky pie crusts!

Ingredients

1 box Pillsbury™ refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box
12 oz cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup plus 2 teaspoons sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
4 cups fresh blueberries
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons milk

Eat leftovers within 3 days.

Swap the blueberries out for blackberries or raspberries for a different fruity twist.
