A Delightful Banana Bread With A Cream Cheese Layer

Here is a list of the ingredients you will need to make this bread

Bread ingredients:
1 egg
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup liquid state coconut oil (or vegetable oil)
1/4 cup sour cream (or plain yogurt)
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup mashed banana (about 2 large bananas)
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt

Cream cheese layer ingredients:
1 large egg
4 oz cream cheese softened
1/4 cup white sugar
3 tbsp flour
