I really love poke cake because they are so easy to make with amazing foolproof results that we all seem to love , it is great getting into the kitchen to make something that you know is going to be a success

So when I cam across this recipe for this amazing looking poke cake the name of it just had me hooked so it certainly was one of those recipes that I had to share on to you all

All your favorite ice cream sundae toppings in cake form! Hot fudge, caramel and toasty coconut make yellow cake an extra-special treat.

Ingredients

 

1 box Betty Crocker™ SuperMoist™ yellow cake mix
Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix box
1 jar (14 oz) hot fudge topping
3 cups sweetened coconut, toasted
1 jar (14 oz) caramel topping

 

 

 

 

To toast coconut, sprinkle in ungreased heavy skillet. Cook over medium-low heat 6 to 14 minutes, stirring frequently until browning begins, then stirring constantly until golden brown.

White cake mix would work as well, if it’s your preference!
