A really wonderful biscotti recipe to make that has that festive feel about it with the nut and the cranberries and the chocolate decoration , a great cookie to have with that cup of coffee or tea or to make to give as presents , you could also make them to serve along side a dessert like a mousse etc at a dinner party
Biscotti is one of those cookies that is baked twice and they have that crispy, crumbly texture , I really love them they always remind me of Christmas one of my favourite times of the year
