I really love the look of this lemon loaf with a glaze that is so so yummy and what makes it even more fantastic is that it is vegan & gluten free which is great everyone can enjoy this wonderful recipe
I would love to have a slice of this mid morning with that cup of coffee as a mid morning boost or even in the afternoon with that cup of tea and a chat it certainly would be a great cake to bring out onto a plate and offer it to you family or friends
