For the Chocolate Cake

• 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
• 3/4 cup cocoa
• 2 cups granulated sugar
• 2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1/2 vegetable oil
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup hot water
• 20 quartered OreosFor the Vanilla Cake
(will make one 8″/9″ cake)
• 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup butter, chopped into 1″ cubes
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 10 quartered OreosFor the Oreo Filling
• 8 ounces softened cream cheese
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 cups icing sugar
• 2 cups whipping cream (heavy cream)Garnish:
• crumbled Oreos (about 10)
• Halved Oreos
