Recipe –
For the cupcakes –
125g self raising flour
125g caster sugar
125g unsalted butter, soft
2 large free-range eggs
1 1/2 tbsp whole milk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Blue food colouringFor the Blue Magic –
395g granulated sugar
200ml water
190ml corn syrup/liquid glucose
1/8 tsp blue colour gel
