When it comes to decorating that chocolate cake or chocolate cupcakes there is nothing quite like chocolate ganache frosting  it gives a really great finish to all those cakes

I really loved this recipe when I came across it as it is easy to follow as you will see, with this ganache recipe it gives you 3 frosting finishes  Whipped, Poured and Spread 

Whipped is great to pipe onto cupcakes or larger cakes for decoration , poured is so great for a sheen type of finish to a larger chocolate cake  and spreadable frosting can be used on cupcakes or larger cakes too , you have 3 to choose from

White Chocolate Ganache Recipe:

    • 700g / 25oz White Chocolate
