A Layered Creamy Pecan Pie Recipe

A wonderful layered creamy pecan pie recipe, the combination  of a cheesecake and a pecan pie what a wonderful idea if you love both ..

The textures in this pie are so good from the crunchy topping of the pecan to the middle layer being a cheesecake consistence to the bottom being a soft caramel texture , when you cook this pie   the layers reverse themselves in the baking process which makes it a bit of fun .. this recipe is brought to you by Tammy from yoyomax12 – the diet free zone on YouTube

Here is a list of the ingredients you will need to make this pie

1-10″ unbaked pie shell
1 1/4 cups (100g) chopped pecans
Bottom layer
1- 8oz (250g) package cream cheese softened
1/3 cup (86g) sugar
1 egg
1 tsp (5ml) lemon flavouring
1/4 tsp (pinch) of salt
Top layer
3 eggs
1 cup (250ml) dark corn syrup
1/4 cup (39g) sugar
1 tsp (5ml) vanilla
