There is nothing like making your own bread and the smell of it baking , this recipe is a wonderful orange and cranberry tea loaf that is so delicious it similar to a cake but is much more low in fat so it is it much or healthy for you .. you could either eat it as it is or spread butter over it and to have it with a cuppa .. a great recipe that is brought to you by Holly Bell on Scoff on YouTube

260 g Plain Flour
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

75g Butter
130g Caster Sugar
Zest of 1 Orange
120ml Orange Juice
2 Large Egg
120g Dried Cranberries
