A Oreo Cookie Dessert For These Oreo Cookie Muffins

What totally fantastic looking muffins that have the wonderful piece of Oreo in them and that drizzle of white chocolate over them , great to have with that cup of coffee so why not make a batch of them by following the video below

Here below is a list of ingredients you will need to make these muffins plus the video to watch

MUFFIN:
1 3/4 cups (260g) all purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar (58g)
3 tsp baking powder (13g)
1/3 cup cold butter (71g)
1 egg
1 cup (250ml) milk
16 oreo cookies coarsely chopped

TOPPING:
3 tbsp (27g) all purpose flour
3 tbsp (42g) sugar
5 oreo cookies-finely crushed
2 tbsp (31g) cold butter

DRIZZLE:
1 cup (142g) vanilla chips or white chocolate chips
1 tbsp (15g) shortening

you can use butter or margarine in place of shortening
