2 oz cream cheese
2 Tbsp granulated sugar, divided
assorted jams and preserves or pie filling (raspberry, cherry, strawberry, apricot, blueberry, lemon, etc)
1 Tbsp butter, melted
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp milk
