This sort of cake reminds me of baking with my Nan as it is a classic looking cake and is one of those favourites the coffee and walnut cake that is amazing with that afternoon cup of tea and a chat .
I love the way it looks with the icing on the to and decorated with the half walnuts so simply but so good and really easy to make by follow the video tutorial on the next page
