1 2/3 cups flour
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon baking/Bi-Carb soda
4 Medium – 3 large eggs
1 1/3 cups sugar
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/3 cups milk
Frosting:
3 sticks/12 ounces360grams butter
2 1/2 cups icing/powdered sugar – i said 1-1/2 by mistake in the video.
3/4 cup malted milk powder
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
