On being on Holiday in Florida I tried Key Lime Pie and was totally hooked and loved that tangy lime smooth filling with the crunchy base and whipped cream every mouth full bursting with flavour I simply loved it and of course I wanted to make it for myself once back home in the UK , so when I found this recipe I was so delighted and have been making it since .
