Why not have a go at making this lemon meringue pie fudge it is easy to make and looks really yummy as in the video this fudge is quite a light lemon colour if you want your to be a bit darker in the yellow colour add a few drops of food colouring ..

Here below is a list of the ingredients you will need
1/2 cup butter
1 package (4.3 oz) cook and serve lemon pudding mix (NOT INSTANT LEMON PUDDING MIX) If you can’t find cook and serve lemon pudding mix, use about 2 oz of lemon pie mix (about 1/2 cup).
1/2 cup whole milk (I used 2% and it was fine, you could use cream as well)
3 3/4 confectioner’s (icing or powdered) sugar
1 tsp lemon extract
