This is a great banana cake recipe to make for that afternoon tea as it looks so great, when you cut into this cake/ bread you will get a lovely moist slice of banana and caramel topping making this cake/bread that little bit more special than a normal banana Cake/bread recipe, it is so delicious , great with that cup of tea .
