A really yummy looking cake to make that is called whoopie pie cake , much like the whoopie pies that we all love , when I saw this cake I was impressed with the way it look, it look so delicious and great to make for that afternoon tea party
I love cake that is a sandwich type as it does remind me of sitting relaxing have that pot of tea and a good chat .. ladies having tea , a British thing I think ? I guess that is why I love it

This is for one cake so double for two layers.
1 cup (150g) self-raising flour
1/3 cup (50g) cocoa
