What an amazing cake roll that has been inspired by Frozen .. this would be any girls dream, for a birthday cake as it is different and easy to cut into pieces to give to the guest .. I loved it as soon as I saw it and had to share it with you ,a easy to follow recipe that I am sure you will have fun making .

SUNFLOWER CAKE ROLL
Pattern Batter
2/3 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3tbl room temperature butter
3 egg whites at room temperature
1/4tsp vanilla extract
1 to 2 tbl water to thin the batter down, as needed, or use freshly squeezed lemon juice insteadCake Batter
5tbl butter, melted, cooled
6eggs, separated, at room temperature
1cup granulated sugar
1cup all purpose flour
pinch of salt
2tsp vanilla extractChocolate Cream Cheese Filling
1block cream cheese(about 226grams), room temperature
1/4 cup room temperature unsalted butte
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, melted, cooled
1/4cup cocoa powder
2 cup powdered sugar, use little more as desired
2-3 tbl cream or heavy cream
2tsp vanilla extract
Caramel flavoring(optional) add several drops
