Chocolate lover cake is what I would describe this cake as being … it is so chocolatey with that indulgent feel about it with the 3 layers of moist chocolate sponge with creamy chocolate ganache between each layer and then covered also around the outside of the cake with ganache too and with pomegranate sprinkled over the top .. Yummy ! , who can resist that ?

200ml pomegranate juiceFor the ganache:
200g butter
280g dark chocolate (60-70% cocoa solids), chopped
2 tbsp golden syrup
250ml double cream
110g pack pomegranate seeds, to decorate (find in the chiller)
