1 roll refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough (16oz)
2 Nature Valley oats ‘n honey crunchy granola pouches (2 smaller bars in each pouch).
3 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 bag (3.5oz) butter flavour microwave popcorn, popped
(BE SURE TO PICK OUT ALL UNPOPPED KERNELS)
2/3 cups light or dark corn syrup
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 bag (10oz) peanut butter chips
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Break up the cookie dough into pieces in a large bowl. Crush the granola bars and add them to the dough. Mix together.
Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9×13″ baking dish that has been well greased.
Bake at 350 F for 15-20 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
As soon as you take it out of the oven, sprinkle the mini marshmallows evenly over the cookie layer and put back into the oven for 2-3 minutes or until marshmallows are puffed up.
Remove from oven.
In a large saucepan combine the butter, corn syrup and peanut butter chips. Cook over med-low heat until melted and smooth.
Turn off the heat and add in the popped popcorn. Stir until popcorn is well coated.
Spread the popcorn mixture over the marshmallow layer. Allow to cool for about 30 minutes.
Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the popcorn layer.
Refrigerate until chocolate has set and then cut into squares.
Store in a sealed container at room temperature. You can store these in the fridge, but make sure to allow them to warm before serving as they will be hard to bite into.
