Chocolate Pavlova with Chocolate Cream and Strawberries
INGREDIENTS
For the meringue
8 egg whites (room temperature)
2 cups granulated (caster) sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons dutch cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of white vinegar
2 teaspoons of cornflourFor the filling:

8 oz 72% chocolate
