With Canadian Thanksgiving being tomorrow it just had to share this really amazing recipe for this pie although you could make it any time it is one that would be fantastic to eat celebrating the day with family or friends .. Happy Thanksgiving

For the filling:
- 2 Tbs. cold unsalted butter, cut in chunks
- 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, finely chopped
- 1-1/4 cups light corn syrup
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 3 large eggs
- 1 Tbs. Kahlúa or other coffee-flavored liqueur
- 5-3/4 oz. (1-1/2 cups) pecan halves, toasted
