How to Make 5 Cookie In A Jar

All ingredients are already in order when you put them in the jar. Except for the gingerbread cookies, four of them have the same instructions during assembly in the jar and baking. Also, use a wide mouth funnel to put the ingredients into the jars easily.

Assembly for the Four Cookies:

First, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to incorporate the ingredients. Put in the jar, and then add the brown sugar, white sugar, and the rest of the ingredients based on the list.

Assembly for the Classic Gingerbread Cookies:

Whisk the 1 1/2 cup flour, baking powder, baking soda. Put in the jar and then the brown sugar. Whisk the 1 1/2 cup flour again together with the other spices: ginger, cinnamon, clove, and the allspice.

After arranging ingredients in the jars, you need to print the instructions and attach them to each jar. You can put a red ribbon, small Holiday knick-knacks, or even a gingerbread man cookie cutter.

Baking Instruction for the Four Cookies:

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or a silicone mat. In a large bowl, whisk 1/2 cup melted butter, 1 egg, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Add all cookie ingredients from the jar and mix well. Using a spoon or ice cream scooper, drop a scoop onto the baking sheets and bake cookies for 12-14 minutes.

Baking Instruction for the Classic Gingerbread Cookies:

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. In a large bowl, whisk 1/2 cup melted butter and 1 egg. Add 3/4 cup molasses and all cookie ingredients from the jar and mix well. Use your hands to form a dough, wrap it in plastic and refrigerate for 1 hour. Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thick on a floured surface. Cut dough using the gingerbread man cookie cutter and bake them for 12-14 minutes.
