I really love shortbread as it always reminds me of My Nan where we would make shortbread togther in her kitchen , it was one of the recipes that she first taught me so I love finding new recipes for this amazing bake , so here for you is a chocolate chip version that looks so delicious
What I love about shortbread is that butter wonderful texture that you get from it it just melts in your mouth .. great to have with that glass of milk or hot chocolate
