1/3 cup of Granulated Sugar
1/3 of a Cup of Brown Sugar
1 cup of Semisweet Chocolate ChipsFor the Brownie Batter:

10 oz of bittersweet chocolate, melted
1-1/3 cups of Granulated Sugar
1/4 tsp of Salt
