1 1/2 cups Self Raising Flour
Pinch of salt
1cup cranberries
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup unsalted butter
300 grams sugar ( 11/2 cups)
1/2 cup Thickened/heavy cream
1/2 cup Cream cheese
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For Frosting:
1/4 cup butter
110g/4 oz.cream cheese
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Dried Cranberries
