Makes 16 browniesIngredients
1 box brownie mix, prepared according to package instructions
1 cup melted peanut butter (microwave in bowl for 30 seconds)
1 cup chopped peanut butter cups
½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Pour the prepared brownie batter into a greased 9×9 square baking pan, spreading the batter evenly. Pour the peanut butter on top, spreading it evenly with a spatula across the brownie batter. Sprinkle the peanut butter cups and chocolate chips evenly over the peanut butter.
3. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until center no longer wobbles and peanut butter is slightly brown around the edges. Cool, then serve!
Cheesecake Brownies
Makes 16 brownies
Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 box brownie mix, prepared according to package instructions
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
3. Pour the prepared brownie batter into a greased 9×9 square baking pan, spreading the batter evenly. Dollop the cream cheese mixture evenly across the brownie batter and drag a spoon through the cream cheese, swirling the cream cheese into the batter.
4. Bake for 25~30 minutes, until center no longer wobbles. Cool, then serve!
S’mores Brownies
Makes 16 brownies
Ingredients
5 graham crackers
1/2 box brownie mix, prepared according to package instructions
1 cup mini marshmallows
½ cup chocolate chunks
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Break the graham crackers along the middle seam and arrange them in a greased, 9×9 baking pan so that they cover the bottom entirely. Pour the prepared brownie batter on top of the graham crackers, spreading evenly on all sides. Sprinkle the mini marshmallows and chocolate over the batter.
3.Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the center no longer wobbles and marshmallows are golden brown. Cool, then serve!

2 large eggs
½ cup vegetable oil
1 cup nutellaPreparation
1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine the red velvet cake mix, eggs, and oil. 3. Mix until smooth, and then pour into a greased, 9×9 square baking pan, spreading the batter evenly.
Using a large spoon, dollop the nutella into 3 strips across the red velvet batter. Drag a knife up and down through the lines to create a ribbon effect.
4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the center no longer wobbles. Cool, then serve!
