Preparation:

Ganache:
Melt chocolate. Heat heavy cream with vanilla extract, almost to a boil. Mix chocolate and cream gradually, stirring well. Split into two parts: one for filling, the second for icing.

Vanilla Cream Cheese
Mix all the ingredients

Pie:
Preheat oven to 175 C. Sift in a bowl all the dry ingredients. Mix yogurt, coffee, oil, eggs, vanilla extract. Mix flour, salt, cocoa powder, baking powder and soda in another bowl. Add liquid ingredients and stir gently just.
Grease and flour a cake pan, if it’s not silicone. Put half of the dough into the mold. Then pour ganache on the middle, try not to get to the edge of the form. Pour cream cheese filling on ganache. Then put the second half of dough; first, in space between filling and walls of cake pan, then on top of the filling, so, it won’t leak.
Put the form in the preheated oven for nearly 40 min. Do not take the cake immediately out of the oven, or because of the temperature difference the cake may deflate.
Cool the cake and pour ganache on the top of it. If it’s thickened, heat ganache again.
* It’s better not to use chocolate with lower cocoa content; otherwise the cake will be sugary, without rich chocolate taste.
