RECIPE:
Ingredients:
– Apples (we used gala and Fiji)
– Ginger ale
– Flour
– Cinnamon
– Powdered sugar
– Peanut Oil (but you can use whatever oil tickles your fancy)
How to make it:
Slice apples into rings and remove centers (cookie cutters or tablespoons work well for this). In a large bowl, mix flour with ginger ale until you have a thick batter. Batter rings and fry in oil until golden brown. Cover in a mixture of powdered sugar and cinnamon.
